Dragon Lord:

At the start of each war session, the wielder must sacrifice either 2 Food (Per Era) or $175 (Per Era) to summon the Dragon Lord unit, with its strength and cost determined by Era. It does take up a unit slot. If the True Dragon is destroyed during a war session, it cannot be summoned again in the following session. This artifact has a 1% death chance. This death chance increases by 1% each session that it does not kill at least one unit in a war session; there is no way to reduce the death chance, and any attempt to do so will automatically fail. If the unit is destroyed in a war, increase the death chance by 5%. Increase this death chance by 10% over an era change.
